1. Cancellations of individual bookings

In Portugal, you can make your booking and cancel it up to 24 hours before your arrival date free of charge;
In Angola and Mozambique, you can make your booking and cancel it up to 24 hours before your arrival date free of charge;
For non-refundable or pre-paid bookings, the amount in question will serve as a deposit for future bookings;
For bookings made through online channels or travel agencies, please contact the entity in question.

2. Group bookings and events

We allow changes and cancellations free of charge up to 45 days before the event;
Cancellations after this date will be dealt with case by case;
Changes to event dates are assessed subject to availability;
Events made with deposits or pre-paid are not refundable. The amount will remain in a deposit for future events.

 

Non-refundable bookings can be cancelled at any time. However, it is pointed out that the amount charged cannot be refunded. We offer flexible prices with cancellations 24 hours before the arrival date for bookings made through our website. Please check the conditions in our bookings search engine. If you have made a booking, check the confirmation e-mail.

Unfortunately, non-refundable bookings cannot be changed (apart from force majeure cases, whereby a document is presented confirming the force majeure situation, in which case the cancellation process will be subject to acceptance by the Hotel).

All the TD Hotels, apart from the Tivoli Beira and Tivoli Maputo, have rooms prepared for people with reduced mobility.

All TD Hotels properties, with the exception of the Hotel Tivoli Beira, have parking upon availability.

Reception is open 24 hours a day to help our guests at any time.

Pets are not allowed.

Broadband Wi-Fi is available in all our hotels and is free of charge.

All hotels have a transfer service at an additional fee, apart from the Hotel Sinerama that does not have this service.

After you check out, the cleaning team will inspect and clean your room. If personal belongings are found, they will be kept in the “Lost and Found” area. If you stayed in one of our hotels please contact the hotel to organise all the delivery details and agreed delivery costs.

Room service is available in all the TD Hotels, apart from the Hotel Sinerama.

Our goal is to make all the details simple and efficient for all our guests. We accept the common methods of payment, such as cash, bank transfer, credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Dinners Club).

The check-out is until midday. If required, we can store your luggage.

Check-in starts at 2.00 pm in all TD Hotels apart from the Hotel Sinerama. However, if the room is ready earlier, we will be pleased to check you in. If not, we can store your luggage until the room is ready.

Breakfast, if it is not included in the room price, will be available for a fee and is served every morning from 7.00 am to 10.00 am.

Extra beds are available upon request. A maximum of one extra bed and cot are allowed per room. Please check the room selected for the maximum capacity.

Our rooms are all very well insulated and we believe you will not be bothered by any internal or external noise. However, if you have difficulty in sleeping, we will be pleased to find a solution.

If you intend to leave after the stipulated time, please inform the reception and check the conditions.

Our booking system allows a maximum of 8 rooms to be booked.
For group bookings, send an e-mail to info@tdhotels.com and it will be forwarded to the respective hotels.

By directly booking on our website, we guarantee the best price.

The TD Hotels website has the lowest prices available. If you find a lower price than the price shown on www.tdhotels.com within 24 hours of completing your booking or when you are making your booking, we will match the price. Furthermore, some exclusive discounts are only available on our website.

Before completing your booking online, using our booking platform leave a message in the “comments” field.
